KAT6 Foundation Annual Report

Concept/Photo Sourcing/Design and Execution

This was the first booklet/annual report created for the rare disease non-profit organization, KAT6 Foundation, that supports individuals and families around the world who are living with KAT6A and KAT6B syndrome. This annual report tells the story of the syndrome, including traits and features, research initiatives, therapies, funding and family support. All photos sourced for the project were from actual KAT6 families.

The purpose of the report was to highlight the success of the establishment of the foundation, reveal important on-going research, and to create empathy for those struggling, in order to attract new donors. To date, the report has been effective in helping to bring in both minor and major gifts to the organization.
